2012 ECSI Exhibitors

We are pleased to extend an invitation to exhibit products and services at the 2012 Early Childhood Summer Institute (“ECSI”) to be held in Louisville at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on June 25-26, 2012.

Purpose of the 2012 Early Childhood Summer Institute:
The Early Childhood Summer Institute is designed to bring early childhood academicians, administrators, teachers, and staff together to learn more about best practices, issues and developments in the field of early childhood education.

Exhibit Facilities & Times:
Exhibits will be located in the high-traffic Exhibit Hall located across from the Ballroom on the main level. Exhibits will be set up on Sunday June 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Exhibits will be opened to the public as follows:

- Sunday June 24 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Monday June 25 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday June 26 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibits can be taken down after 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 26.

Institute Events & Features:
ECSI will offer a Silent Auction and Raffle as an added attraction in the Exhibit Hall. We will also be holding giveaways each morning and afternoon with eligibility based on having visited all exhibitor booths during that time frame.
