We are pleased to extend an invitation to exhibit products and services at the 2010 NEW Early Childhood Summer Institute (“ECSI”) to be held in Louisville at the Galt House Hotel & Suites on June 28-29, 2010.

Purpose of the 2010 NEW Early Childhood Summer Institute:
The 2010 NEW Early Childhood Summer Institute is designed to bring early childhood academicians, administrators, teachers, and staff together to learn more about best practices, issues and developments in the field of early childhood education.

Exhibit Facilities & Times:
Exhibits will be located in the high-traffic Exhibit Hall located across from the Grand Ballrooms on the second level of the Suite (East) Tower. Exhibits will be set up on Sunday June 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Exhibits will be opened to the public as follows:

- Sunday June 27 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Monday June 28 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday June 29 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Exhibits can be taken down after 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday June 29.

Institute Events & Features:
This year, ECSI will offer a Silent Auction as an added attraction in the Exhibit Hall. We will also be holding giveaways each morning and afternoon with eligibility based on having visited all exhibitor booths during that time frame.
